VoIP Sales Representative – Business Telephone Solutions

Location: Washington State (hybrid/remote-friendly with required onsite support for installations primarily in WA, occasional travel possible)

We help businesses replace outdated phone systems with modern, reliable, and cost-effective VoIP solutions. While our sales focus is on Washington State, we accept and support customers nationwide.

We are hiring an experienced VoIP Sales Representative to drive new business sales to companies needing 5+ phone lines.

Position Overview
This is a high-earning opportunity for a motivated closer with a background in VoIP or business telephone systems. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying to closing, data gathering, and supporting successful installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and sell 3CX VoIP solutions to businesses (minimum 5 lines), with primary focus on Washington State and ability to close deals nationwide.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person needs assessments, product demonstrations, and consultations.
  • Gather all necessary customer data for setup, including current phone system details, call flow requirements, user needs, and technical preferences.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and referrals.
  • Close deals and ensure smooth handoff to implementation.
  • Be onsite on installation day (primarily in Washington State) to help coordinate with the customer and technical team, answer questions, and make sure everything goes smoothly. ( or ensure customer has their IT onsite )
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in VoIP, business telephone systems, hosted PBX, telecom, or cloud communications.
  • Strong track record closing deals with businesses (experience selling 5 to 500 line systems preferred).
  • Self-motivated hunter with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and collect detailed setup information.
  • Comfortable being onsite with customers during installation day (primarily in Washington, occasional travel possible).
  • Familiarity with 3CX is a plus — full training provided.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Competitive mindset and desire for uncapped earnings.

Compensation (Very Competitive & Uncapped)

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Commission: 10% of new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) you personally close
  • Earning Potential: On-target earnings of $95,000 – $130,000+ in the first year for solid performers (higher as your book of business grows).
  • Commissions are paid recurring — you continue earning your 10% on the MRR for every month the customer stays active as long as you remain employed with the company.
  • Standard 90-day clawback on early cancellations (industry norm).
  • Additional quarterly performance bonuses available for hitting/exceeding targets.
