Role Overview

Esperia Volleyball Academy is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and passionate Volleyball Coach to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with kids and youth, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to support administrative and operational tasks. Candidates with beach volleyball skills will be considered with priority.

This role requires someone organized, proactive, and committed to delivering a safe, fun, and high-quality training environment for young athletes.

Key ResponsibilitiesVolleyball Coaching (Primary Role)

• Deliver high-quality volleyball sessions for kids and youth across different skill levels.
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
• Implement the academy’s methodology and contribute to players’ technical and physical development.
• Support the planning of classes, seasonal programs, and tournament preparation.
• Assist with group management, discipline, and parent communication when required.

Operational & Administrative Support

• Help with attendance tracking, reporting, communications with school / parents, and administrative tasks.
• Support event setup (tournaments, assessments, open days).
• Assist with schedule updates, communication channels and social media
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with colleagues and management.

Professional Conduct & Time Management

• Arrive on time, prepared, and organized for all sessions.
• Follow the academy’s standards, safeguarding policies, and operational procedures.
• Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving when classes or venues change last-minute.

Requirements

• Experience working with kids and youth (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong volleyball coaching background (indoor required; beach volleyball is a valuable plus).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong time-management, reliability, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable handling administrative tasks (attendance, communication, coordination).
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Professional, positive attitude, team-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Part Time - Monthly salary depending on experience and skills level (schedule from 5 PM onwards during weekdays and with morning/afternoon shift during weekends for a maximum of 20 hours per week)
• Full Time - Monthly salary: based on experience and skill level

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
