Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Volume Hirer with hands on experience in mass recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end high-volume hiring processes, meeting aggressive hiring targets, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring needs across multiple functions or locations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workforce plans and hiring requirements.
• Use a variety of sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pool.
• Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with interview panels.
• Organize and manage recruitment drives and walk-in interviews to meet volume demands.
• Drive process improvements to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining of selected candidates.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate or specialization in HR.
• Proven ability to use MS Office software effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates residing near Thane are preferred due to commuting considerations.
