Volunteer E-Commerce Coordinator

Fierce Females is a nonprofit organization created to support women who are rebuilding, transitioning, healing, growing, and stepping into their next chapter. Through digital resources, in-person events, storytelling, community, career support, and empowerment-based programming, we help women feel seen, supported, and equipped to take control of their lives.

We are currently seeking a creative and organized Volunteer E-Commerce Coordinator to help us manage and grow our online products, including digital downloads, merchandise, card games, books, and future Fierce Females branded items.

Position: Volunteer E-Commerce Coordinator

Position Summary

The Volunteer E-Commerce Coordinator will support the development, organization, and promotion of Fierce Females’ online store. This role is ideal for someone interested in e-commerce, digital products, merchandising, nonprofit fundraising, branding, or online sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist with uploading and organizing products on the Fierce Females website.
• Help create product descriptions that are clear, compelling, and on-brand.
• Support pricing, product naming, and product presentation.
• Assist with tracking product inventory, digital files, and customer-facing information.
• Help identify opportunities to promote merchandise, books, card games, and digital downloads.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to create product-based promotions.
• Research trends in nonprofit merchandise, women’s empowerment products, and digital downloads.
• Help improve the customer shopping experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Interested in e-commerce, online sales, marketing, or product development.
• Strong writing and organization skills.
• Comfortable using websites, online stores, Canva, Wix, Shopify, Etsy, or similar platforms.
• Creative eye for branding, product presentation, and customer experience.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Passionate about women’s empowerment and community impact.
