Overview

As a Volunteer Service Desk Support member, you will assist in providing excellent customer service and technical support to our users. You will help ensure that inquiries and issues are handled promptly and effectively, contributing to a positive experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or our ticketing system.
• Assist with troubleshooting common technical issues.
• Log and track support requests using the service desk ticketing system.
• Provide basic instructions and support for software applications and tools.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate more complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain documentation and update knowledge base articles.
• Help create a welcoming and friendly environment for users.
• Ensure answer the calls come to 2424
• Assign the tickets in service des console on time without delay
