Traton Homes is looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Construction to lead our construction operations across Florida.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all residential construction projects from pre-construction to completion
• Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure project profitability
• Mentor and grow a talented construction team
• Ensure top-tier quality, safety, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in residential construction (5+ in a leadership role)
• Track record of managing large-scale subdivisions (100+ units/year)
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Active Florida Builder’s License required
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills
