Our client is a large infrastructure and project-driven organisation delivering complex developments across Saudi Arabia. The business is strengthening financial governance and project financial control.

The Role

The Vice President of Finance will oversee financial planning, project controls, reporting, and governance across the organisation. This role will support large-scale capital expenditure programs and long-term investment planning. A key responsibility will be strengthening financial visibility across projects and improving cost control mechanisms. The VP will work closely with project directors, procurement, and executive leadership. The role will also support funding, banking relationships, and audit processes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior finance leadership experience within infrastructure, construction, or project-heavy environments. Strong exposure to project finance, cost control, and capital management is essential. Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate analytical rigour, leadership maturity, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Professional finance qualifications are expected.
