{ The Financial Mandate } Stepping into our Bowsher corporate office as the VP of Corporate Finance, your core focus centers on steering the group’s overarching fiscal strategy, capital allocation models, and long-term investment portfolios. Your daily routine will involve directing cross-subsidiary treasury operations, overseeing complex corporate restructuring, and analyzing joint-venture data metrics. A central priority in this high-level position is ensuring all corporate financial instruments, tax structures, and funding strategies align perfectly with the Ministry of Finance guidelines and Oman’s commercial compliance frameworks.
