Position Overview:

Indagare is looking for a digital acquisition expert to build and own a new acquisition function. Working in partnership with Analytics, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Product, this is a unique opportunity to architect and build an acquisition function and team from the ground up in the luxury travel space.

Indagare has 4 business lines - a free subscription to unique travel intelligence, two levels of membership for personal travel, and Indagare Journeys for group travel. In this role, you will set the strategy for acquiring new members for Indagare, defining audiences, channels, and promotional and paid strategies.

Reporting directly to the CMO, the successful candidate for this role will be innovative, data driven, customer obsessed, entrepreneurial, and a natural leader. You will have proven experience leading and scaling an acquisition function. You will have the ability to balance data, creativity and business judgement to grow new members across all products and channels, deepening Indagare’s impact in the luxury travel space.

This position is fully remote, based in the U.S.

What You’ll Do:

  • Acquisition Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and lead end-to-end digital acquisition strategy across all products and channels, ensuring Indagare achieves all new member growth targets
    • Lead all aspects of the strategy, campaigns, tools, and systems that power direct response performance—identifying valuable cohorts, ensuring strong customer experiences, and driving efficient conversion
    • Act as the central point of contact for new member acquisition, driving alignment, clarity, and performance across the company. Key partners include Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product, Analytics and Finance
  • Conversion Funnel
    • Accountable for the full-funnel acquisition experience, partnering with key cross functional partners to identify and act on opportunities for funnel optimization across all organic and paid channels
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure new member experience is aligned for maximum conversion
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor volumes and quality across all channels (Organic and Paid)
    • Monitor CAC efficiency and active user growth metrics
    • Assess impact of marketing efforts on member lifecycle and lifetime value across all Indagare products
    • Partner closely with Analytics and Finance teams to provide acquisition inputs into budgeting, top-line forecasting, and strategic investments

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in customer acquisition
  • Deep experience creating and managing multiple acquisition programs and campaigns from start to finish
  • Extensive experience across multiple channels (SEO/AEO, Paid, Social, Email)
  • Proven success optimizing high consideration, multi-touch conversion funnels
  • Data driven. Deep proficiency in analytics and measurement models
  • Innovative. Stays on top of rapidly evolving technologies and tools
  • Results-driven, proactive problem solver. Strong organizational skills and effective at project management
  • Skilled collaborator with cross functional partners, capable of aligning stakeholders at every level
