Job Summary:

Westinghouse is seeking a highly analytical, performance-driven VP of Digital Marketing to lead SEO and paid media strategy across our portfolio of 4–5 consumer brands. This role owns all digital acquisition channels — including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other paid media platforms — with full responsibility for budget allocation, keyword strategy, campaign optimization, and ensuring our products remain consistently visible to the right audiences.


This is a hands-on leadership role. You will actively manage campaigns in-platform while also setting strategy, prioritizing spend across brands, and driving profitable revenue growth.


This role does not oversee creative development or define product content. You will partner with our internal creative team while owning performance outcomes.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Own all paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other performance channels
  • Manage and optimize a $500K–$2M annual digital advertising budget across multiple brands and product lines.
  • Allocate spend and keyword investment based on profitability, product performance, and ROI.
  • Ensure “always-on” product advertising is running across the most profitable platforms and campaigns.
  • Own SEO strategy across all brand websites and applicable marketplaces, improving organic visibility and qualified traffic
  • Lead ongoing optimization through structured testing, performance analysis, and rapid iterations.
  • Build and maintain reporting for key metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, and conversion performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with eCommerce, Sales, Product, and Finance to align acquisition strategy with business goals.
  • Directly manage and mentor the Social Media Content Manager.
  • Strong understanding of how data analytics and emerging technologies (including AI) can improve warehouse performance, inventory forecasting, and customer service outcomes.
  • Ability to translate advanced operational data into actionable insights that drive process improvement and competitive advantage.
  • Familiarity with or leadership experience in deploying automation, machine-learning-based demand forecasting, and intelligent workflow optimization within warehouse operations.
  • Comfort evaluating and integrating AI-powered tools or analytics platforms that support operational forecasting, labor optimization, and real-time decision making.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Expert knowledge of performance marketing across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other paid digital channels.
  • Strong command of keyword strategy, campaign structure, and budget allocation across multiple brands and product lines.
  • Ability to manage “always-on” product advertising, ensuring continuous visibility across the most profitable platforms.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make fast, ROI-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and search visibility strategy.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to build testing roadmaps and lead ongoing optimization through A/B testing and structured experimentation.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to optimize spend based on profitability, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and efficiency metrics.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including comfort presenting results to executive leadership.
  • Hands-on, self-directed leadership style with strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to execute while leading.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing with deep expertise in performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing $500K–$2M+ annual digital advertising budgets.
  • Demonstrated success driving profitable growth through paid search, paid social, and SEO across multiple brands.
  • Experience building and scaling digital acquisition programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior leadership experience, including direct people management and cross-functional influence

(preferred)

  • Experience leveraging advanced analytics or AI tools to enhance operational planning, inventory visibility, or distribution efficiency.
  • Demonstrated success in integrating technology platforms that improve forecasting accuracy, reduce cycle times, or enhance customer fulfillment metrics.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to attend in-person meetings and collaborate onsite in Columbus, OH.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally (e.g., marketing materials, equipment).
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines or support major initiatives.
