Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead and scale our digital lead generation engine. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator who thrives in performance marketing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue growth through digital lead generation channels
- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategy (paid search, paid social, display, SEO, email, affiliate, etc.)
- Manage and optimize cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROI
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team
- Oversee relationships with lead vendors, agencies, and media partners
- Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure lead quality and pipeline efficiency
- Implement and manage tracking systems, attribution models, and reporting dashboards
- Identify new growth opportunities across emerging channels and technologies
- Own and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and lead generation
- Proven track record of scaling revenue through digital channels
- Deep understanding of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, programmatic display, and SEO
- Experience managing large marketing budgets ($1M+ annually preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and attribution tools
- Experience working with or managing lead generation vendors and aggregators
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience in home services, home improvement, or high-volume lead generation industries
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, or similar CRMs
