VP Logistics Sales Executive | 8Loop Logistics

What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a driven, experienced Logistics Sales Executive who thrives on relationships, results, and solving complex logistics challenges. An established book of flatbed/open deck business is highly preferred.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Selling transportation solutions across Flatbed, Step Deck, RGN, and Over-Dimensional freight.
  • Collaborating with operations and pricing teams to craft customer-centric logistics strategies.
  • Tracking opportunities, quotes, and performance via CRM tools.
  • Delivering exceptional service and communication throughout the shipping lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage.
  • Expertise in flatbed, specialized equipment, open deck, or step deck operations.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (TMS experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with Sandler or similar sales methodologies a plus.
  • Travel required; hybrid or remote flexibility available based on experience.
