VP of Growth and Market Strategy

A health services organization in New York City is seeking a strategic and innovative VP of Growth & Market Strategy to lead expansion initiatives, pursue new market opportunities, and drive organizational growth.


Responsibilities:


The VP of Growth & Market Strategy will:

  • Lead strategic initiatives to expand service lines, pursue acquisitions, and open new markets.
  • Identify and evaluate funding opportunities, including grants and partnerships.
  • Monitor healthcare and home care trends to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Build relationships with healthcare organizations, referral networks, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and President to align growth initiatives with overall company vision.
  • Present actionable growth strategies and execute approved initiatives.
  • Perform other duties, as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare strategy, business development, or consulting.
  • Track record of successful expansion initiatives (new markets, acquisitions, or service line launches).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative thinker with the ability to assess and prioritize new ideas.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.


Compensation: $220,000 – $275,000 + executive incentives
