Job Description: Certified Scrum Master S/4HANA Implementation (Technology Track)

Location: Remote (Occasional paid travel to Harrisburg, PA)

Contract Length: 12 months

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Certified Scrum Master to lead the Technology Track within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation program. This role is ideal for a hands on, delivery-focused Scrum Master who thrives in complex transformation environments and can partner closely with technical leads, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive predictable, high-quality outcomes. The position is primarily remote, with occasional paid travel to Harrisburg, PA for key workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings

S/4HANA Program Support

• Partner with SAP technical leads, BASIS, security, integration, and data teams to coordinate technical deliverables.
• Support planning and execution of S/4 technical activities such as environment builds, transports, integrations, cutover readiness, and testing cycles.
• Ensure alignment between functional, technical, and infrastructure workstreams.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to keep dependencies visible and managed.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Provide clear, consistent communication to program leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Support roadmap planning, release planning, and milestone tracking.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation (technology or cross-functional track).
• Strong understanding of SAP technical components: integrations, data migration, security, BASIS, environments, and cutover.
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to start immediately or with minimal notice.
