Strategic Sales Manager – MEA

A fast-growing international player in the payments and fintech space is looking for a Strategic Sales Manager to drive growth across the Middle East and Africa. This role focuses on expanding market presence, building strong partnerships, and winning new business within banks, fintechs, and the wider payments ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the regional sales strategy across MEA
  • Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing accounts
  • Build and manage senior relationships across banks, fintechs, and partners
  • Develop and grow indirect channels through strategic partnerships
  • Support partners in originating and closing opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and technical teams to deliver solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in payments, fintech, card issuing, or security solutions
  • Proven track record in both hunting and growing accounts
  • Experience selling through both direct and partner-led models
  • Solid network within banks, issuers, or fintechs in the MEA region
  • Structured sales approach (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Strong communication skills; Arabic is a plus
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, target-driven environment
