VP, Product & Technology
to define product strategy, elevate engineering excellence, and drive global digital innovation.
Role Overview
The VP, Product & Technology will own the long-term product vision, technology roadmap, and leadership of global product and engineering teams. This executive will play a critical role in shaping innovation, enabling scale, and ensuring world-class product delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Shape and drive the overarching Product & Technology vision aligned with long-term business strategy and global growth priorities.

Lead the creation and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring strong prioritization, customer-centric design, and end-to-end delivery excellence.

Oversee global engineering, architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, and data teams, ensuring platforms are scalable, secure, and high-performing.

Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies, new product capabilities, and strategic opportunities to enhance competitiveness.

Build, scale, and mentor high-performing product and engineering organizations, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Partner with executive leadership to convert business needs into actionable product and technology initiatives with clear impact.

Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance standards to ensure product quality, engineering excellence, and reliable platform operations.

Lead platform modernization efforts, including cloud transformation, architecture upgrades, and system optimization.

Engage with customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to communicate product vision and technology strategy.
Candidate Profile

10–18+ years in senior Product, Engineering, or Technology leadership roles.

Proven track record scaling digital products and high-performing tech organizations.

Experience in SaaS, digital platforms, AI/ML, fintech, media, or enterprise technology.

Strong technical depth across architecture, cloud, data, integrations, and modern engineering practices.

Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and deliver complex, multi-region initiatives.

Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and executive stakeholder management.
