Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 15%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 15%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Axos Securities is hiring a Vice President of Prospect & Growth Marketing to lead two core growth areas: B2B advisor recruiting (IBDs and RIAs) and end‑to‑end B2C growth marketing for Invest. The role oversees the full prospect journey from first touch to onboarding for B2B, and from acquisition through activation, funding, adoption, and lifetime value for B2C. This leader will build scalable, compliant growth systems, drive measurable business results, and partner closely with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Compliance. Operating across both B2B and B2C channels, they must apply structure, rigor, and clarity to complex growth challenges.
Responsibilities:
Firm Recruiting Marketing (IBD & RIA Growth)
  • Own the prospect marketing strategy for recruiting, focused on attracting, engaging, and converting high-quality IBD and RIA prospects
  • Develop segmentation, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with decision‑makers
  • Partner with Events and Sponsorship teams to ensure ongoing alignment and reporting
  • Build scalable top‑ and mid‑funnel programs (content, paid media, nurture) that generate qualified recruiting pipeline
  • Partner closely with recruiting and business leadership to align marketing output with conversion expectations and business priorities
  • Establish repeatable frameworks to mature advisor prospecting in areas with evolving or underdeveloped processes
Invest B2C Growth Marketing (Full‑Funnel Ownership)
  • Own end‑to‑end B2C marketing for Invest, with direct accountability for:
    • Qualified prospect volume
    • Account opening and activation
    • Funded accounts
    • Crypto and managed portfolio adoption
    • AUM and lifetime value growth
  • Lead go‑to‑market strategy for crypto and managed portfolio offerings, translating product differentiation into clear, compliant consumer value propositions
  • Design and optimize full‑funnel customer journeys, from awareness through conversion, funding, engagement, and retention
  • Build and scale performance-driven acquisition and lifecycle programs across paid media, SEO, content, email, and in-product experiences
  • Partner with Product and Experience teams to influence onboarding flows, in‑product messaging, and friction reduction that directly impact conversion and funding rates
Execution, Platforms & Enablement
  • Oversee execution across channels with a bias toward speed, testing, and measurable impact, while maintaining brand and compliance standards
  • Partner with Enterprise Marketing shared services to deliver creative, digital experiences, analytics, and campaign operations
  • Leverage Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, and personalization capabilities to power acquisition, nurture, and lifecycle programs
  • Ensure tight integration between marketing platforms, product experiences, and analytics to support full‑funnel visibility and optimization
Performance, Analytics & Accountability
  • Own KPIs across Securities firm recruiting pipeline and Invest B2C performance, including conversion rates, funded accounts, AUM, CAC, and LTV
  • Establish a culture of experimentation, test‑and‑learn, and continuous optimization tied to business outcomes
  • Develop dashboards, attribution models, and forecasts that clearly connect marketing activity to revenue and asset growth with analytics partners
  • Apply structured problem-solving to diagnose performance gaps and drive clarity when data or processes are incomplete
Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to Securities Sales and the Invest leadership teams
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Data, and Business leaders to launch and scale new offerings
  • Drive alignment when ownership boundaries, success metrics, or operating models are unclear
  • Represent prospect and growth priorities within Enterprise Marketing and advocate for resources and roadmap alignment
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across prospect acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and analytics
  • Coach leaders to operate with ownership and accountability, particularly in bottom‑funnel performance
  • Mature growth marketing processes to support scalable, repeatable execution across both B2B and B2C motions
  • Foster a culture of rigor, customer‑centricity, innovation, and continuous learning
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressively senior experience in marketing, preferably in securities, brokerage, fintech, wealth management, or financial services with team management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership in growth marketing, performance media, lifecycle marketing, and analytics
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platforms, and analytics dashboards, like Tableau
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and shape long-term business strategy
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create clarity in ambiguous environments and mature underdeveloped processes
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • High‑judgment operator capable of balancing strategic thinking and team management with hands-on execution
  • Deep understanding of compliance-driven industries and experience partnering with legal and regulatory stakeholders
