We're partnering with a $2B+ organization with approximately 15,000 employees, searching for a visionary leader to reimagine how they attract, engage, and onboard top talent across their enterprise.

This isn't your typical TA role. They're looking for a seasoned executive with 20+ years of talent acquisition experience who can:

• Transform recruitment into a strategic growth engine
• Build pipeline programs that connect them with emerging talent
• Harness AI and automation to work smarter, not harder
• Turn data into actionable insights that drive decision-making
• Create experiences that make candidates excited to join—and stay

You'll lead and inspire a team of senior team members , partnering with executive leadership to shape the workforce of tomorrow through innovation and technology.

Our client needs a builder—someone who sees possibilities where others see processes, and who understands that great hiring starts with great strategy.

This role is full-time, onsite and relocation provided.
