The Setup

You go out, knock doors in storm-affected Phoenix neighborhoods, meet with homeowners, run roof inspections, and help people get their roofs replaced through insurance. We give you 2–5 company-provided replacement leads every week so you always have warm opportunities in the pipeline. After you close, our production team handles scheduling, ordering, installation, and insurance supplementing. You don't babysit jobs. You go get the next one.

What You Can Earn

Reps at TSM earn $80K–$130K+ per year. The more consistent you are in the field, the more you earn. It's flexible and it rewards hard workers.

What We're Looking For

Someone who likes working outside and meeting people. You need to be comfortable knocking doors, have reliable transportation, and be able to climb a ladder. No roofing background needed — we train you on everything.
