Responsibilities

• Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of rugs using specialized equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results
• Support store operations by organizing inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for customers
• Safely load, unload, and move rugs and other products within the warehouse using forklifts or pallet jacks
• Prepare and package items securely for delivery, ensuring they are ready for transport
• Drive commercial vehicles such as box trucks or <PERSON> drivers to deliver rugs and supplies to customers’ locations efficiently and on schedule
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of heavy or bulky items through manual lifting or moving equipment
• Follow established routes for timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards on the road and adhering to traffic laws

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Warehouse experience including loading/unloading, moving heavy items, or operating forklifts/pallet jacks is highly desirable
• Valid driver’s license with experience in driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles; familiarity with manual transmission is a plus
• Proven ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform manual labor such as moving rugs or equipment
• Delivery driver experience including route driving, load & unload procedures, and courier responsibilities is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and delivery accuracy
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
