Wait Staff/Bartender

Overview:
Servers will provide a positive experience to members and guests through food and beverage services.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist members at arrival.
2. Present menus and information regarding special offerings to members and guests.
3. Fulfill service needs of members in both bar and dining situations utilizing proper service techniques as outlined during training.
4. Complete accurate daily sales checkout to ensure proper member billing.
5. Side work and cleaning as assigned.
6. Set-up and execute club events and private parties.
7. Work together as a team and Smile!

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
