Waiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their tables in a professional and friendly manner
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients or specials)
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and providing attentive service
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area at all times
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and standards of hygiene and safety
• Work closely with other F&B staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel (UAE or abroad)
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
• Presentable appearance and professional grooming
• Must be on Visit Visa / Cancelled Visa and ready to join immediately
• Strong teamwork and guest service orientation
• Knowledge of F&B service standards and sequence of service
