Waiter

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our vibrant Thai restaurant located in the heart of Gold Souq, Deira, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor, reflecting the hospitality of Thai culture.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted.
* Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation.
* Provide menu recommendations and share knowledge of Thai cuisine to enhance the guest experience.
* Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset efficiently to maintain a tidy dining area.
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
* Process payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, card, and digital transactions.
* Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in line with UAE regulations.
* Assist in maintaining the restaurant’s ambiance, including lighting, music, and decor.

Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, preferably in Asian or Thai cuisine.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog are a plus).
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Knowledge of Thai cuisine and culture is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).
* Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
* Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
