UAE Driving Manual License needed

1. Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.

2. Clear tables during service.

3. Control guest cheques and secure proper payment.

4. Set up station and table to ensure they are complete and perform various relevant duties to the function as assigned by the Outlet Manager.

5. Keep abreast of hotel products and services in order to answer guest questions and requests.

6. Answer all guest questions / request in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions or if needed, refer the matter to the relevant persons to handle.

7. Ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

8. Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.

9. To be able to perform any additional scope of duties if requested by the Manager.

10. To attend the mandatory External and Internal training and follow the company training policy.
