We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused team member with experience in the UAE F&B industry. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and assist customers upon entry and exit to ensure a positive experience.
  • Follow the company’s established sales and customer service procedures.
  • Handle phone orders accurately and ensure timely and correct deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to achieve maximum satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene as per company policy and UAE health regulations.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages—from basic to specialty drinks—while staying updated on industry trends.
  • Assist in food preparation and service, ensuring all items are presented hygienically and professionally.
  • Guide customers through menu selections and answer any questions regarding ingredients or options.
  • Promote and upsell menu items and new products to customers.
  • Properly package orders for takeaway or delivery.
  • Process payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and operate the POS system efficiently.
  • Manage cash drawers—counting, reconciling, and ensuring correct change at the start and end of each shift.
  • Maintain accurate transaction and sales records.
  • Support dining operations as a waiter/waitress when required.
  • Process returns and check items for quality and accuracy.
  • Set up and restock counters as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Monitor and record inventory, assist with stock replenishment, and maintain updated stock lists.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the counter, service area, and equipment at all times.
  • Assist in cleaning and storing glassware and utensils properly.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a customer database and support marketing or loyalty initiatives.
  • Escalate operational concerns or customer issues to the supervisor or management promptly.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues within authority limits.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

Can join immediately and should have UAE experience F&B industry. Preferable having own visa.
