To ensure efficient and polite food service to employees and guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and good looking, supporting kitchen operations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve meals, tea, and refreshments to staff and guests during designated hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service counters.
- Assist in setting up tables and serving areas before mealtime.
- Support kitchen staff in basic food preparation and dishwashing when required.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and dress code standards at all times.
- Report any shortages of food items or utensils to the kitchen supervisor.
- Maintain a polite and respectful attitude toward staff and visitors.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Matric or equivalent.
- Prior experience in cafeteria, hotel, or food service is preferred.
- Good communication and personal hygiene.
- Punctual, cooperative, and service-oriented attitude.
