Job Title: Waiter

Location: Urban Pizza AL AIN

Experience Required: 1–2 Years in F&B / Restaurant Service (Pizza or Fast-Food Experience Preferred)

Job Purpose:

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience, taking orders accurately, serving food efficiently, and supporting the overall restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.

Present menus, explain items, and assist customers in making choices.

Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.

Ensure timely service of food and beverages.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

2. Food & Beverage Service

Serve food and drinks according to Urban Pizza standards.

Ensure tables are set, clean, and well-organized at all times.

Provide recommendations for menu items, promotions, and specials.

Ensure customers have everything they need during their visit.

3. Cleanliness & Hygiene

Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and tables.

Follow all food safety and hygiene standards as per UAE regulations.

Ensure utensils, glasses, and cutlery are clean and properly placed.

4. Teamwork & Support

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Support colleagues during peak hours.

Assist in restaurant opening and closing duties.

Follow instructions from supervisors and management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1–2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or fast-food outlet.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
