Waiter

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent dining experiences by delivering attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, friendly, and professional service
• Accurately record food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and correct arrangement of tables, dining spaces, and service areas
• Respond to guest questions, comments, and concerns in a courteous and effective manner
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service operations
• Prepare and present bills accurately while managing payments responsibly
• Adhere to established service procedures, hygiene standards, and company policies

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a waiter/server role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage peak service periods
• Solid understanding of food, beverage offerings, and service protocols
• Presentable, dependable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays
