Waiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Leo and Loona Kids Park. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make menu recommendations when requested.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the system.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor tables to ensure guests have a positive dining experience, including responding to additional requests and addressing any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
