Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Clear tables, bussing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area in accordance with sanitation standards.
• Assist with food handling, preparation support, or other duties as needed in a fine dining or nightclub setting to support overall restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in nightlife venues
• Strong knowledge of POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving, bussing, and assisting team members.
• Familiarity with food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill splitting accurately.
• Experience in food industry roles such as serving, hosting/hostessing, or food preparation is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities.
