Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain specials or menu items when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar promptly and correctly.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
- Handle minor complaints and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest.
- Process bills and assist with cashiering when required.
- Follow all restaurant policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
