Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus and explain specials or menu items when required.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and bar promptly and correctly.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
  • Handle minor complaints and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guest.
  • Process bills and assist with cashiering when required.
  • Follow all restaurant policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
