Waiter and Customer Service

• Customer interaction: Greet guests warmly
• Order taking: Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and take accurate food and drink orders.
• Coordination: Communicate order details and special requests to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serving and delivery: Deliver food and drinks to the correct tables promptly, ensuring orders are correct and well-presented.
• Attentiveness: Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond to any needs.
• Problem resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner.
• Payment processing: Deliver accurate checks and process payments efficiently using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
• Computer skills is an advantage
