Requirements

• Currently residing in Dubai
• Previous experience in a café, ice cream shop, juice bar, bakery, restaurant, or similar F&B environment
• Own valid visa with permission to work in the UAE
• Good English communication skills
• Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers professionally
• Take orders accurately and process payments through the POS system
• Prepare and serve products according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the shop
• Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties
• Work closely with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience
