Job Title:
Waiter / Gaming Attendant (Gaming + Customer Service) – Ajman, UAE

Salary: AED 2,300 – 2,500/month + performance-based incentives

About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience across our gaming zones (PC, PlayStation, racing simulators, and cinema room), while also supporting food & beverage service. This role is ideal for someone energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Key Duties:

• Assist customers with gaming setup and basic technical issues
• Take orders and serve food & drinks efficiently
• Upsell menu items and promotions during customer sessions
• Monitor gaming areas and ensure smooth operation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all zones
• Guide customers on packages, offers, and events
• Handle customer requests and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, café, or gaming lounge preferred
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of gaming and PCs
• Friendly, active, and responsible personality
• Strong communication and upselling skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
