Position Summary

Bella Notte is seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Waiter to join our dining room team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. You will take orders, serve meals, and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our high standards of hospitality.

Compensation

• $11.00 per hour + Tips

Job Requirements

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them efficiently into our POS system.
• Check in with guests periodically to anticipate their needs and ensure full satisfaction.
• Prepare final checks, process payments accurately, and clear/reset tables swiftly for the next seating.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter, server, or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong physical stamina, with the ability to stand, walk, and carry plates for the duration of a shift.
• Flexible availability, including readiness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Cash-handling skills for processing payments accurately.

Pay: $11.00 per hour
