Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, polite, and professional table service to guests in alignment with brand standards and operational flow.
• Accurately take food & beverage orders, relay to kitchen/bar staff, and ensure timely delivery and presentation.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness of dining areas, reset tables swiftly, and manage silverware, glassware, and linen inventory.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with tact and urgency, escalating as needed while preserving the brand’s reputation.
• Operate POS systems for order entry, billing, and payment processing with high accuracy and minimal delays.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery during peak hours.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Experience in full-service restaurant or hotel dining environment
• Proficiency in using POS systems (e.g., Micros, Aloha, or similar)
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask in high-volume, fast-paced settings
• Knowledge of table service etiquette and order management protocols
• Customer service orientation with a focus on hospitality and problem resolution
• Preferred
• Basic Arabic language skills
• Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards or hotel chains
• Experience serving international or fine-dining clientele
