Role & Responsibilities

Deliver prompt, polite, and professional table service to guests in alignment with brand standards and operational flow.

Accurately take food & beverage orders, relay to kitchen/bar staff, and ensure timely delivery and presentation.

Maintain immaculate cleanliness of dining areas, reset tables swiftly, and manage silverware, glassware, and linen inventory.

Address guest inquiries or concerns with tact and urgency, escalating as needed while preserving the brand’s reputation.

Operate POS systems for order entry, billing, and payment processing with high accuracy and minimal delays.

Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery during peak hours.
Skills & Qualifications

Experience in full-service restaurant or hotel dining environment

Proficiency in using POS systems (e.g., Micros, Aloha, or similar)

Strong verbal communication skills in English

Ability to multitask in high-volume, fast-paced settings

Knowledge of table service etiquette and order management protocols

Customer service orientation with a focus on hospitality and problem resolution
