Waiter/Cashier

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Waiter Cum Cashier to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in food service and cash handling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must hold their own valid UAE visa.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Present menus, explain dishes, and take accurate food & beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints politely and report issues to management
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

Cashier Duties:

• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately
• Operate POS system efficiently
• Issue bills and receipts correctly
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies
• Maintain proper record of sales transactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience as waiter or cashier in a restaurant
• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Must have own valid UAE visa (freelance/spouse visa preferred)
