Waiter/Cashier/ Barista

Server

Duties:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the Clover POS system and ensure accuracy
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal and drinks to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with bussing tables during peak times
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a server in the food industry preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Good math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional guest services
