Waiter/Food Runner

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Waiter / Runner to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment.

The role involves serving food and beverages, assisting guests, supporting service operations, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hospitality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Support waiters and kitchen staff during busy service periods
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
• Follow restaurant service standards and hygiene procedures
• Assist in clearing tables and resetting for new guests
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and floor staff
• Handle customer requests promptly and professionally
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service is preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Basic English communication skills
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
