Position: Waiter / Server
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports to: Restaurant Supervisor / Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus, explain menu items, and take customer orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle customer inquiries or complaints politely
- Coordinate with kitchen and food runners to ensure timely service
- Prepare tables before service and clear tables after guests leave
- Process bills and payments correctly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and follow hygiene standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED390.00 - AED500.00 per week
Expected hours: 48 – 54 per week
Experience:
