Waiters

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by providing prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Process bills and handle payments accurately

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Well-groomed and professional appearance

Preferred:

• Malayalee employees preferred
• Candidates who can speak Malayalam, English, and Hindi will have an added advantage

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
