Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Do you enjoy working in a fun, energetic, and fast-paced environment? We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters & Waitresses to join our growing Waterpark Food & Beverage Team in Ajman.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality operation where every day brings new experiences, new guests, and the chance to create memorable moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent service standards
• Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with inquiries
• Ensure dining areas, tables, kiosks, and service stations remain clean, organized, and presentable
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when required
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
• Work closely with kitchen, cashier, and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, kiosks, and outdoor dining outlets
• Contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable guest experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and peak operational periods
• Must be willing to work and be based in Ajman, UAE
• Immediate joiners will be an advantage
