Waiter/Server

The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring guests enjoy an authentic dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Support the team during busy operations to deliver smooth service.
• Uphold Al Hallab Restaurant’s brand, values, and customer service standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
