Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards
• Provide menu recommendations and respond to guest inquiries
• Ensure dining areas, tables, and service stations are clean, organized, and well-presented
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen, cashier, and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Support daily F&B operations across restaurants, kiosks, and outdoor dining outlets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and peak operational periods
