Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Check in with guests to address any concerns or special requests.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• casual dining in UAE: 3 years (Required)

Language:
