Key Responsibilities:

* Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, high-quality service.

* Present menus, explain dishes, ingredients, and daily specials confidently.

* Practice upselling and cross-selling by recommending appetizers, beverages, desserts, and premium menu items to increase sales and enhance guest experience.

* Take accurate orders and input them correctly into the POS system.

* Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

* Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and handling concerns promptly.

* Maintain proper table setup and cleanliness throughout service.

* Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards to prevent food contamination.

* Ensure proper handling of food, avoid cross-contamination, and report any food safety concerns immediately.

* Comply with HACCP guidelines and restaurant hygiene policies.

* Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations.

* Prepare bills and process payments accurately.

*Requirements:*

* Previous experience in a dining or fine-dining restaurant preferred.

* Knowledge of upselling techniques and customer engagement strategies.

* Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and contamination prevention practices.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Well-groomed and professional appearance.
