Position Summary:
We’re looking for friendly, polished, and attentive Waiters/Waitresses who can provide an exceptional dining experience to every guest. As a member of our front-of-house team, you’ll be the face of The Outpost—welcoming guests, sharing menu knowledge, and ensuring seamless service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with genuine enthusiasm.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset.
• Uphold The Outpost’s standards for hospitality, appearance, and service excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Passion for great food, drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
