Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month.

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiter & Waitress to join our vibrant team at Saya. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering software
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure tables are clean and set appropriately before and after service
• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and with a positive attitude
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred. Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
