Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation.
• Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Handle billing and payment processes smoothly.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate if needed.
