Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests
• Confidently present the menu and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Accurately take orders and ensure timely, high-quality service
• Maintain impeccable table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
• Process orders and payments efficiently using POS systems
• Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth operations

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a well-established fine dining or casual fine-dining restaurant
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Genuine interest in plant-based, vegan, and sustainable concepts
• Professional appearance and strong service mindset
• Flexibility to work across shifts and branches as required
